- We provide 30 days net payment policy
- We provide 10% discount when purchasing a minimum of 20 books
- We do have a 72 hours shipment policy
- We do replace any damaged materials happened during the shipment process
- The satisfaction of our customers is our main priority, therefore any complaints will be dealt strictly and quickly
- It is our major policy to encourage and spread the reading culture
